Darci is our Executive Director and has been working with us since the beginning. She has been serving the community of Grays Harbor for over 30 years in both personal and professional capacities, most recently as our Case Manager. Darci is a graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. She is passionate about supporting families in achieving and sustaining independence and building widespread public awareness of the challenges faced by those who are unhoused and/or low-income in Grays Harbor and our surrounding areas.

Angel Damasiewicz is our Family Support Coordinator and started at Family Promise in September 2023. Angel was raised on the Harbor and has a desire to see the families of Grays Harbor thrive. Angel has a passion for the wellbeing and sustainability of Grays Harbor Families and believes that, with a little help, anybody can build a better life for themselves and their loved ones if given the opportunity.
